We’ve all heard a lot about the economy lately. You can’t turn on the television or the radio without hearing the word recession it seems like. And luckily, the government has decided to take steps in order to help all of us out. Recently the powers that be signed the Economic Stimulus Bill. Most people know that this new bill will give you a refund, but it also did a lot more – especially for those people struggling to afford a home in the Dana Point real estate market and all of Orange County.

The Economic Stimulus package really is geared towards getting the U.S. out of the economic downturn we are in and a huge part of that is stopping foreclosures and increasing home sales in struggling areas like the Monarch Beach real estate market.
